History of our macaron food truck

The 1960 Vannette Ford P350 truck has a rich history, starting its life as a delivery vehicle for Sunbeam Bakery in Los Angeles, California. This sturdy and reliable truck was a staple of the local community, delivering freshly baked goods to customers across the city.  In recent years, it was a wine truck in Las Vegas.

Fast forward to present day, and the same truck now has a new life as a macaron food truck in Minneapolis. Nikkolette’s Macarons has transformed the vehicle into a unique and charming mobile vehicle, specializing in serving delicious macarons to hungry customers.

Despite its age, the Vannette Ford P350 truck is still in excellent condition and has proven to be a durable and reliable vehicle for its new purpose. The truck has been carefully restored and updated to meet the demands of running a successful food truck business. The charming vintage look of the truck has also been preserved, making it a popular and eye-catching addition to the food truck scene in Minneapolis.
