Terms & Conditions

If you are sending a gift, please ensure that the recipient is available to accept the delivery. 

Orders are shipped in a thermal wrap with a frozen ice pack to ensure freshness.  The ice pack is to help keep the macarons cold, and is expected to be thawed by the time your package has arrived. 

All orders placed will be processed the next normal business day and generally shipped within 24-48 hours unless otherwise specified.  To guarantee you the freshest products possible, all packages are shipped Monday through Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail, this will ensure that your package does not stay in a transit facility over the weekend. Large orders may require some additional lead time. Lead times will vary during the busy holiday seasons.

Macarons are very delicate and some breakage may occur during delivery. This will not affect the quality or taste of the macarons.  These perishable items cannot be refunded or returned. We believe in your happiness so please let us know within 3 days of when the package was received and Nikkolette's Macarons may re-deliver or issue a credit. 

We try to maintain sufficient inventory levels to fulfill all orders but occasionally some of our items may be temporarily out of stock.  If this occurs, we will contact you immediately for an anticipated delivery date.

Order cancellations will only be accepted 3 business days before scheduled delivery. (Weekends not included).

We are not responsible for incorrect/undeliverable addresses, recipient unavailability, USPS shipping mistakes, acceptance requirements or transit delays.

Nikkolette's Macarons does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

When ordering more than 5 dozen macarons, please place your order at least 2 weeks prior to your delivery date, otherwise rush fees may be charged.
